It is with great pleasure that I invite you to get to know my Peruvian jungle,
which is part of the largest tropical forest in the world, the Amazon. The Amazon area is 
located in six different countries: Peru, Brazil, Colombia, Bolivia, Ecuador and Guyana
Here, in the Peruvian part of the Amazon, we can find two types of jungle, known as “low jungle” and “high jungle”. Both of them have their different types of flora and fauna and extraordinarily beautiful landscapes.
In the Peruvian Amazon we can also find the longest and widest river in the world, “El Amazonas”, which measures approximately 6.500 km.
This river was elected
as one of the new seven wonders of nature in the world in 2012.
During our trips in the Amazonian jungle, we are going to show you “primary” and “secondary” jungle. In these two types of jungle you can enjoy and appreciate the varieties in animals and flora in their natural states.
Our lodge is located 280 km outside of the city of Iquitos.
